Scott Pilgrim vs. The World it is based on Bryan Lee O’Malley’s Oni Press Comic Book which is also named Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. So first, let’s have a little background about this movie ( don’t worry I won’t spoil too much).
Scott is a 22 years old man who never had never trouble on having a girlfriend. He is part of a band named SEX BOB-OMB where there he is the bassist. One day, he met Ramona Flower and on that day he decided that she is really the one. But upon dating Ramona he realize that she had a bunch of SUPER POWERED EXES and he needs to eliminate them before he wins her heart.
So why you need to watch this? BECAUSE I SAID IT. YOU REALLY NEED TO SEE THIS BECAUSE THIS IS A PIECE OF ART. From its humor that never out of place to the smooth visual effects it is 10/10 also never forget the background music that really fits every scene. Loved it from being a comical type of movie and it also features video-game-themed-fights where, when Scott fight the 7 exes of Ramona it looked like your watching a Street Fighter match. The effects on every fight is so awesome. And when it comes to the plot, the movie brilliantly shows on how Scott overcome the pressure of Ramona’s exes because how can you win the girl of your dreams if she had AWESOME exes right? As Carter, the one who acted as Scott and all of the cast of this movie they really looked like they enjoyed doing this movie and kudos to the director and everyone behind this.
So all in all, if you’re looking for a romantic comedy type of movie with unexpected turn of events with great cast then you should watch this movie!
